Ciao, I am Francesca Pietrarossi.

"Take small steps and make a significant impact."

An Italian creative and strategic marketer, passionate about branding, storytelling, digital content, marketing performance and customer experience.

The ethos of A Mindful Marketer, ultimately strives to inspire people through each campaign for a more culturally integrated, wellness oriented, socially loving and sustainable world. 

My mission is to generate a significant constructive change in people’s behaviour and brand choices, through a marketing which is oriented to increase quality of life and helps build long-lasting relationships. I strongly believe in authentic stories which can leave a meaningful trace in people's memories.


My romantic but yet dynamic boho chic soul comes to my work as much as it does in my private life.

My story & career development

My imprinting: Creative, Traditional Media, PR & Advertising

My career starts at my father's creative and media agency based in my hometown, Ancona. I spent my teens' summer breaks at my dad's office learning how to liaise with clients, learning and practising photo editing, copywriting, advertising, press & event support.


All eyes for Design and Copywriting

With 19 years old, I moved to Milan for my Bachelor's studies in Media Languages at the Catholic University, with specialisations in Photography, Cinema & Radio, web journalism and audio-visual storytelling.

Milan brought the excitement of being part of a wider community of creative young people, fashion enthusiast and extravagant artists, photographers and designers. During my uni studies, I did some extra-curricular collaborations, creative side-projects and an internship at one of the biggest Italian broadcast media company -Mediaset Group - as Web Content Editor and Social Media Executive. Here I idealised and developed my first marketing and communications campaigns, whose success made them last years after my departure.

Marketing brainauthentic free-spirited soul

Once graduated I moved to Oxford. I initially spent 5 months at a Business British School to improve my English professional language skills, then remained for a Master in Marketing at Oxford Brookes University for another year. This international and multi-cultural experience highly contributed to shape my intellectual acumen and creative soul even more. Here I handed in my dissertation on Brand Authenticity in the Corporate Marketing of Luxury goods, a client-focussed case study from design and production to advertising and store management of the remarked Italian leather mocassino shoe brand TOD'S. After this milestone, I eventually departed for a backpacking trip break of 5 months in South & Central America to give my brain a little break with some wild and authentic adventures, knowing already what my next stop would have been: the creative city for excellence: London.

A Digital mindset or the Agency methodology

The mother of the greatest Advertising campaigns ever, the headquarter of the most admired media companies and creative studios, London represented the continuation of my career development as a complete educated young professional. I soon joined Itineris, a digital agency specialised in website strategy for professional services, tech, education and non-profit, as Digital Marketing Executive where I learnt all about SEO strategy, Content, UX journey and brand identity online, also creating new models for transversal strategy and analysis.

Curious about the other side of the medal, I joined the Tiffany & Co. global team at Wavemaker, the renewed media agency part of the WPP group, where I dived into the world of Paid Search, Social and Performance marketing.

The Hybrid Marketer or the Client lead

In November 2018 I landed in the Generali Group, the largest Italian Insurance company and amongst the top ten insurance players in the world. I joined one of its Global Business Lines, first in London where I spent 2 years as Senior Marketing Executive in a global marketing team. My profile developed into a versatile strategic and creative role, with increasing responsibilities thanks to my hands on approach. 

In October 2020, I was promoted as B2B Marketing Manager within the Group and offered to move to Luxembourg to join the Generali Employee Benefits Network's Head Quarters. Here I am currently leading the overall Brand, Marketing & Customer Journey as part of the Marketing & Customer Experience team.
